Sam has garnered national acclaim with airplay on BBC radio and collaborations with artists from MK and London. He performed at Sofar Paris in 2023 as well as a string of shows across London such as at The Bedford, Cargo, The Half Moon and The Ned.
His summer single Watch it Rain was added to Spotify New Music Friday and Ones To Watch.

Sam Wray
Hailing from Milton Keynes with a musical background rooted in dance, Sam Wray became passionate about piano and guitar aged 12. In 2015 he moved to London and began performing at open mic nights and busking outside of the Tate Modern. His performances saw him reach the final of the gigs Busk in London Competition in 2016 whilst also helping him to find work as a session musician. In 2020 and with the pandemic looming, Sam released his first singles and began to establish himself as a solo artist. His singles ‘feeling good’ and ‘Rollo’ received strong support from BBC introducing with Rollo making Tim Robinson’s Fresh Faves list. He subsequently performed on the BBC introducing stage at Bedford Festival in 2022. Wray has since played to audiences at The Bedford, Cargo, The Ned and a sold out Sofar Sounds show. Most recently he performed at the final of the Yamaha Music Ambassador competition and is working on his debut EP.
