We’ve team up with Thursday dating to bring you a fun, singles-only event where you’ll get to experience three artists from the best of London’s grassroots & underground music scene, immerse yourself in visual art and also the chance to get involved creatively!

Sam Wray
Hailing from Milton Keynes with a musical background rooted in dance, Sam Wray became passionate about piano and guitar aged 12. In 2015 he moved to London and began performing at open mic nights and busking outside of the Tate Modern. His performances saw him reach the final of the gigs Busk in London Competition in 2016 whilst also helping him to find work as a session musician. In 2020 and with the pandemic looming, Sam released his first singles and began to establish himself as a solo artist. His singles ‘feeling good’ and ‘Rollo’ received strong support from BBC introducing with Rollo making Tim Robinson’s Fresh Faves list. He subsequently performed on the BBC introducing stage at Bedford Festival in 2022. Wray has since played to audiences at The Bedford, Cargo, The Ned and a sold out Sofar Sounds show. Most recently he performed at the final of the Yamaha Music Ambassador competition and is working on his debut EP.
Yassi V
Yassi V is a singer-songwriter from Brighton, now based in London, fusing emotional and sassy lyrics with catchy pop/R&B melodies. After her debut EP 'Warzone', which gained support from BBC Introducing and included music videos for 'Lifeline' and 'You Deserve Better', Yassi spent lockdown writing new music and working on a new sound. With the latest single Distress and more on the way, she’s fresh on the London music scene.
