Dewaan is a singer/songwriter based in London. Dewaan's musical sound is a fusion of eastern classical with western contemporary music. His melodic eastern classical vocals blend in well with a sufi and folk touch, accompanied by a percussion called the tabla. Hello Amnesia
We’ve been playing live since May 28th 2021 - we formed in university during lockdown so it was a bit of a slow burn at first, but as soon as we hit the stage we realised there was an energy between us and the audience that we were not used to experiencing, certainly not in little pub gigs. Fast forward a year and we have opened Islington Assembly Hall in front of hundreds of strangers - it was insane! And the crowd’s response was incredible. Fast forward another year and we’re now finishing up a long residency at The Camden Club in London where we’ve played numerous sold out shows.
