Confessions wrapped in an indie-folk-pop style… Born and bred in London, Nicky Phillips felt the pull to move north; she shares her open-hearted songs on both guitar and piano through intimate performances across North West England.

Although Nicky had previously been active on the music scene, it was 2021 that pulled her back with her first ever release and self-titled debut EP with sold out shows in both Cheshire and London. The EP saw success in ‘Home’, which was a semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting Competition and was featured on Indie Folk Central’s first ‘Women of Indie Folk’ compilation. Another song from the EP, ‘The Dark’, was featured on BBC Music Introducing. Nicky has just finished her first tour in May 2024, including London, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Manchester.

I have been singing and writing music since childhood. I have over 100 songs written to record and release , I am still developing my sound and everyday learning more about who I want to be as an artist and writer . My inspirations in music are Lana del Rey , India arie and kid cudi . I love mixing genres of music , especially rnb & classical . Australian-born Londoner Harry Marshall returns to affirm himself as music’s next indie-pop protagonist. Arriving into 2024 matured and with well-founded confidence, the singer, songwriter and musician hones in a fearless, dominant and assured new sound. Marshall has been writing original music and performing on pub stages since age thirteen. Now a fully fledged recording and performing artist, Harry Marshall is a full band live experience. His consistent hustle for over a decade sees him a seasoned performer; it’s all about being under the lights and in front of a crowd, whether it’s at a sold out OMEARA or Bush Hall, playing with a full orchestra, or at his Piccadilly Circus stomping ground - as long as there’s a mic and a guitar.

Anman is a Tbilisi-born, London-raised musician, multimedia artist and performer. She infuses her native Georgian polyphonic song with alt hip-hop and avant-pop elements putting on maximalist theatrical live shows with her projected video art animation and eccentric costumes. She's performed music from her unreleased album at the Royal Albert Hall Youth Proms, venues like Earth Hackney on NTS radio, Bassani and Open Air Tbilisi.

I am make music that defies genre and does not fall under one category. My music is blend between my Egyptian roots & my UK influences, together I want to create my own recognisable sound. As for my message, my lyrics are disguised in metaphors and I aim to inspire people to fully explore their characters with no limit. I want to inspire people not to be cookie cutters and allow their individuality to shine.

Elle was born & raised in South London and has been a key figure in its underground music scene for over a decade, so her sound evokes the patchwork of experience, mood and pace of the city.

She was one half of London based outfit SOUVENIR and is also co-founder of celebrated label, MAL Recordings, established in 2021 with her regular DJ partner Jon K.

Hey! I’m Norah, I’m 18 and I’m a painter/ drawer specialising in portraiture and human figure art. My inspirations come from Baroque artists like Caravaggio and Reubens, and I love to use oil paints to replicate the human form in a realistic style. I learned how to paint from YouTube and I try to improve all the time with every painting I produce. It’s my dream to one day make a living from selling my art, and it’s events like the parties Farrago organise which help to showcase emerging artists like me! I am a singer-songwriter hailing from Trinidad and Tobago. I've always had a profound love for music from the 1960s to early '70s so I decided one day, after loads of covers, 10 years of guitar playing and a little bit of singing and writing experience, I'm going to make them for myself. My first song, Change, released in 2020 quickly became the 5th most listened to song on Apple Music in Trinidad and my life as an artist has been a notably thrilling one ever since. Though I typically say my music is era-based, if I had to say what genres I cover, it'd be folk, soul and rock with writing that pulls from my Trinidadian perspective. I so can't wait for you all to hear me at Farrago!
