Tino Gee is a multidisciplinary artist, primarily in the mediums of Animation, Music, and Event Organisation. He has a passion for building bridges and providing platforms for emerging artists to break through in the industry, as well as helping others manifest their visions through the process of ideation, consultation and creative direction. A seasoned performer, with over 10 years of experience performing live in the underground music scene, and freelancing within various sectors of the creative industry with clients big and small. When he isn’t doing that, he is an articulate public speaker, working with young artists in career development programmes, and speaking on panels for adult creatives assisting them in navigating the industry.

Karen started Key Production, the leader in its field, in 1990. Now with 4 offices in the UK and Europe, Key specialises in the design and manufacture of CDs, DVDs, vinyl records and bespoke packaging for music and other industries, with sustainability at its heart. Karen is an advisor to Evolution Vinyl, part of the Vinyl Alliance, and on the advisory board of The Centre for Sustainable Design and Women in Vinyl. Karen mentors, talks and volunteers at schools, universities and charities. She set up Moving the Needle(www.MTNnow.com) - an educational initiative to ensure more women achieve life-long careers in the Music Industry.

Gavin has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive within the music, live events & entertainment industries. Gavin has worked with a range of world-renowned artists and companies covering Artist, Tour & Stage Management, Promotion, Development, Live Events & Live Film Production to being General Manager for one of the largest independent music & film labels in the UK. Gavin has also toured the world extensively, with a diverse range of artists & crew under his responsibility. He has also been the stage director at notable venues such as Millennium Dome & Wembley Arena. Gavin currently is; Part of the senior management team at Amplead and Gigseekr, Mentor for Help Musicians and Ivor’s Academy, Vice Chair of the South Coast Events Forum, and sits on two steering group boards: The Association of Independent Festivals / Vison 2025 (Sustainability for outdoor festivals).

Kaiya Milan is an Artist Manager, CreaTech Strategist & High Performance Coach for Artists & Creatives. In 2016 she founded and launched artist management agency and artist discovery platform, The NxPrint Citizen (formerly known as Off Balance Group). The NxPrint Citizen aims to accelerate the trajectory of artists who create outside of the mainstream, and build a world of alternative artist discovery. The NxPrint Citizen has been designed to inspire, educate and empower artists to reach their full potential as creatives and overcome blockers both internal and external. Kaiya Milan currently manages solo artist Afronaut Zu, artist collective and band Steam Down and its founder Ahnansé, and has worked with a great deal of notable artists and brands throughout her career. 2017, London’s Young Music Boss Awards honoured her work in the music industry by awarding her ‘Manager of the Year’. Throughout her career, in addition to artist management Kaiya Milan has run/founded various events, initiatives and festivals intentionally focusing on uplifting women, highlighting gender disparities in business and the creative industries, as well as providing safe spaces to discuss these issues in depth. As a woman in business, she intends on breaking down the barriers to entry and provide a clear and realistic roadmap to success.

Louise is a consultant, supporting with bid writing, programme development and creative programming. Monday to Friday, she’s the Programme Development Manager at London Funders, overseeing their £100 Million collaborative funding programme Propel, focused on creating systemic change within civil society funding. For the three years prior, she was a Senior Grants Officer at Youth Music where she supported the running of the Incubator Fund, a music industry grant that financed the creation of over 800 paid opportunities for young people. She also sits on Generator North East’s music industry advisory board, assesses grants for funders such as PRSF and teaches yoga and sound at clubs and festivals such as Lost Village.

Shain is a globally recognised thought leader at the convergence of music, culture and urban policy. This is showcased in his debut book, This Must Be The Place: How Music Can Make Your City Better, due out on Repeater Books (distributed in the United States by Random House) on September 12, 2023. Shain has defined a new way to think about the value of music in cities and places and through it, influenced over 130 cities and places to invest in music and culture as founder and executive chairman of Sound Diplomacy and founder and executive director of the not-for-profit global Center for Music Ecosystems. He has authored authoritative reports on the role of music in cities, tourism, the night time economy, real estate and recovery, including the most extensive guide to music and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ever written, in partnership with the United Nations. He has spoken at hundreds of global conventions, such as SXSW and the UN World Urban Forum and delivered the first ever TEDx talk on music’s role in cities. Shain holds a PhD from the University of London and lives in East London.

Kaz started her career in strategy consulting at Bain & Company in New York, London, Jakarta, Madrid and Munich, primarily focusing on private equity and technology. She succumbed to the tech bug 6 years ago when she left strategy consulting to work for a fintech startup and has since worked across music, travel and sports technology. She now works as the UK Director for Sofar Sounds, which brings intimate live music to unique venues around the world, running 100+ events every month across the UK. Kaz attended the University of Virginia as a Jefferson Scholar, graduating in 2014 with an Honors degree in Politics.

Having worked for a label, event companies and creative agencies within the music industry, What’s Your Sound was created with the core aim of aiding the exposure of upcoming artists, and connecting producers, artists and meaningful connections both locally and across the globe.

Matt Kent is leaving his mark on the music industry by fusing Classical and Pop genres to make a sound that’s all his own. His series “Turning Classical Music into Pop Songs” on TikTok has amassed over 40 million views and over 300,000 followers. In 2019, Kent caught the attention of Grammy-nominated music producer Dante Lattanzi, who signed him to his management company Caelum Music Production. The following year, legendary UK radio host Chris Evans discovered Kent and invited him to open for James Bay at CarFest South for over 40,000 people. “Lacrimosa”, A single released by Matt Kent in 2021, is currently at nine million streams and climbing. Matt Kent is in collaboration with pianist and songwriter Liv Lester, known for her detailed arrangements and clean sound. Kent and Lester met in 2015 whilst studying classical music in New York and have since then performed at legendary venues across the United States and Europe.
